Must be from growing up in Seattle, but I love just about all Asian cuisines.
Of course, I love food in general (as the computer chair creaks...LOL...).
Also love Italian, Greek, Indian, French, Spanish ... now my stomach is growling!

I think I like better than Chinese now. They're lighter on the grease and hotter with the spices. Vietnames Pho totally rocks!
Japanese - sushi!!! I really dig raw fish and wasabi. Being under the care of a great sushi chef is one of life's deepest pleasures.
Greek - gotta agree with you there. I haven't found a dish yet I don't like.

Japanese and Chinese to a lesser extent, but I'm all about Indian, especially chicken curry, the hotter the better. It's a good excuse to drink more beer (Indian, of course)!

I love anything spicy. Indian food uses so many different type of spices that it creates such interesting tastes. When the weather turns cooler, I make my own Chai. It's a very relaxing drink....mmmmm..might have to make some this weekend.

I have two Vietnamese brothers that got out of Saigon in 1973 that have Bucs season tickets right next to us. We tailgate with what we have all called our Tampa Bay U.N. Two Vietnamese, two Anglo, two Afro, one Australian, one Lebanese and three from the Eastern bloc. The Vietnamese own a restaurant just two blocks from the stadium and bring a wagon load of goodies each game. My favorite is Crawdad in a Vietnamese "Hot Broth"! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Yummy!

.... love *good* Mexican, Indian, Chinese. Love hummus, feta, and some med stuff also.
Don't care so much for Thai as they tend to over-use sugar and I don't like stuff that is not supposed to be sweet being sweet :)

But, I also like Japanese (mom is Japanese), Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, Middle Eastern and Indian. Ethnic foods are yummy - one of the best parts about living in a country like ours, IMO.
Edit - forgot Indian. Eep!

...I was in Brighton Beach for a couple of days with a friend who was on a magazine assignment on the Russian community there. So I had all day to putter around the neighborhood. My lord. There was a huge market that was filled with the most delectable ready-to-eat foods. Blini and piroshki and roasted meats and sausages and ohhhhhhhh myyyyyyyyyy. Cases and cases filled with gorgeous foods. And then there were the street vendors. And then in the evening we went to a Russian nightclub with fabulous food. It was nirvana.
But I love all kinds of ethnic food.
