do institutions such as Lighthouse For the Blind have some sort of EEO policy where they are required to hire the (to them) handicapped (i.e., non-visually-impaired). If they do, do they assign them to areas like quality control to ensure the analog clocks are accurate, and is that some sort of discrimination?
