2. Homer kicked GHW's ass when he moved across the street

3. Homer:
Pro-gun, anti-immigration, pro-immigration, anti-taxation, Haig supporter, pro-union, anti-union, anti-gay, pro-gay...

sounds like a NeoCon to me: flip-flops when it's convenient for *him*.

4. I've got a few thoughts
Mr. Burns - Neo-Con Republican ... definitely a Cheney-type
Smithers - Democrat ... Do I really need to explain why? ;-)
Reverand Lovejoy - Right-Wing Republican
Principal Skinner - Whatever his Mother says he is

As a convicted felon, did he not lose his voting privileges?

27. But Smithers helped bring down Sideshow Bob!
He said Sideshow Bob's ultra-conservative views conflicted with Smithers' "lifestyle"!

8. Here' goes ...
On his way to vote, Homer stops in at Moe's Tavern, has a few, has a few more, and doesn't remember to vote until just after the polls have closed (D'OH!).

Marge thinks long and hard, weighs everything, vascillates, then finally votes Democratic, because she has a good heart.

Bart is totally apolitical, although he loves his Shrub dartboard.

Lisa -- no question, a Yellow-Dog Democrat for all time.

Maggie -- too early to call.

Grandpa -- Voting, once again, for William Jennings Bryan.

23. Other than Lisa, the whole imediate family would be independant
The republicans in the town are Mr. Burns, Smithers, Dr. Hibbert,
Sideshow Bob, Bob Dole, Rainier Wolfcastle, Krusty the Clown, Dracula,
Frankenstein's monster

Comic book guy seems like a libertarian.

The whole Quimby family is democrat

24. There was a great ep that revealed that Dracula, et al were the heads
of the Republican Party, alongside Monty Burns. The Stonecutters ep also revealed quite a bit about the secret society that "rules" Springfield. They are responsible for Steve Guttenberg's career, people!
