I have beaten everyone but Washington and Jefferson on the hardest level -- but I have to admit, the game is more cheesy and arbitrary than anything else.

Anyone else have it or play it?

3. It might be when the price drops a little more
It is fun to an extent. You have to have a basic understanding of politics and how presidential elections work...

There is not much to it, and it skips a lot of obvious things (like debates, for example (or at least I haven't seen it come up as an option)

I've wasted some hours on it -- with a little tweaking it could be much much better. -- and It shouldn't be so easy to beat.

4. Not if the $$ is any sum greater than $1: I'd buy THAT for a dollah!
Played the game on a friend's machine for about 15 minutes. At best, it seems like a fun little novelty item. See how much of a heartless bumblefuck you can be and still get into the oval office. Works in real politics.

5. I bought it, but it wont run on my PC. =(
So I got a refund. Basically every time I start the game I get these black lines that go across the screen, then it's REALLY slow and finally images that should disappear basically don't...so the screen becomes very cluttered (like if something pops up on the screen when I try and close out of the window it'll merge with the electoral map, making it unreadable).

Bleh.

So I went and got Power Politics III -- which is pretty decent.
