Seems a lady was hired to work on the Tickle Me Elmo production line.
After a few hours, the supervisor noticed a terrible backup on the line, and traced it to the new employee's station.
When he went to confront her, what he saw sent him into fits of hysterical laughter.
The employee was carefully sewing small sacks with two marbles between the legs of each Tickle Me Elmo.
The supervisor had told her to give each doll "two test tickles." :)
