Joe Smith started the day early having set his alarm clock (MADE IN JAPAN) for 6am. While his coffeepot (MADE IN CHINA) was perking, he shaved with his electric razor (MADE IN HONG KONG) He put on a dress shirt (MADE IN SRI LANKA), designer jeans (MADE IN SINGAPORE) and tennis shoes (MADE IN KOREA). After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet (MADE IN INDIA) he sat down with his calculator (MADE IN MEXICO) to see how much he could spend today. After setting his watch (MADE IN TAIWAN) to the radio (MADE IN INDIA) he got in his car (MADE IN GERMANY) and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN JOB. At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day, Joe decided to relax for a while. He put on his sandals (MADE IN BRAZIL) poured himself a glass of wine (MADE IN FRANCE) and turned on his TV (MADE IN INDONESIA), and then wondered why he can't find a good paying job in.....AMERICA.....

3. It's hard to do anything about it |

In so many product catagories you don't even have a choice to buy American anymore. You just won't find it.
And who can fault people who are barely making ends meet for shoping at Walmart? I know how much damage they do to the economy (both nationally and localy), but I still shop there sometimes. They are the only 24 hour grocery, their stores are so damn nice and well laid out, and I know where everything is.
Too bad they don't pay people a living wage with benefits and sell shoddy goods. I think their suppliers often send them defective goods.

2. Too bad he is short on funds |

He could have stopped by my store on his way home and pick up a Bustier for his wife (MADE IN AMERICA), a couples ring of passion vibrating cock ring (MADE IN AMERICA), the large bottle of Wet original lubricant (MADE IN AMERICA), and three adult movies (nice couples fare) for $29.95 (MADE IN AMERICA)
Oh well. I can't wait until this economy improves.
(and too be fair here, most adult toys are now made in China. You can still find good American made lingerie, if you stay out of Walmart and Vickie's Secret) And for some unknown reason - almost ALL the lubes out there are made in America.
