2. Do you eat raw meat?
I don't think that's very healthy.

6. No raw meet, just what you find in a garden, lots of fruits, nuts
and veggies. No cheese or wheat products as they are mucus forming. All of my allergies are gone now. If I cheat and eat wheat or cheese I get a stuffy nose right away. There are many more advantages to the raw diet.

4. I live in Virginia Beach
My first book on the topic was "Dying to get Well, What the Medical profession isn't telling could kill you." It was a great beginning. Second, I read "Nature's First Law." This was the most fun raw food book to read as it is full of humor and lots of facts. I love what I have learned and find it life altering good news.

5. this isn't the group that also doesn't WASH fruits and veggies, is
it? I had a friend who returned from six months in California in 1979 on a raw food diet, and she said, oh, no, you can't wash them! You'll lose nutrients. I said, well, yes, some nutrients but a lot of pesticides, too! She changed her mind.

And isn't eating raw corn about as nutritious as eating wood chips?

7. So are there recipes, or do you just...eat raw food?
I don't think I can join, tho, cuz I'd hate to give up playing with fire.
