I saw a children's book by Lynne Cheney. I knew about "Sisters" but I didn't know about this. Once the horror wore off, I bought Billy Joel's children's book instead.

I didn't know about BJ's either until the book fair. I love that it came with the CD. My son and I love BJ :-)

They are okay, for kids' books, but probably wouldn't have sold as many copies if her hubby wasn't the vp.

That's just such a scary thought. She just comes across as a real B**** as far as I can see, and I just don't "get" mean people writing children's books. I hope she wasn't so bad when her kids were little.
