I haven't felt this calm in a long time. |
|
I can't quite explain it, but I feel very calm and relaxed right now. I am not, I repeat, not in any chemically or herbally altered state. Any ideas why I could feel so calm?

6. That's what's got me perplexed. |

I've been a nervous wreck about the election for quite a while. Why this calmness should suddenly come right now is something of a mystery.

I thought I'd be a nervous wreck this last week but I'm cool as a cucumber. Simply waiting for the (innevitable) outcome! 7 MORE DAYS!

Sometimes i feel a wonderful calm, other times i'm as anxious as hell. I think for me the calm comes from Kerry's appearance in the debates. He acted like a real grownup president. Bush looked like a little kid who want's to play "whitehouse." We've heard people say there is no real alternative to Bush. I believe Kerry proved himself to be a real alternative.
I think we progressive/democrat/liberals ahve done our jobs, now it's up to the american people. Do they want to elect a kid who likes to play president or a man who can actually be president. I believe/hope the american people can and will make the right decision, unless that choice is stolen from them.
