Technical assistance with converting picture created in my paint file

to a jpeg that can be posted here? In other words, right now if I try to post a picture from Paint I right click on the picture and choose 'properties' as I would if I wanted to copy a picture off an internet site to post here?

But when I do that the properties shows the location in my C-drive. So how do I convert it to a jpeg that can be posted here?

Photobucket is switching to a for pay site and is not accepting new uploads -- I tried another free site -- it didn't show the photo.

Huggy in the photo is a Japanese Bobtail cat -- very interesting breed. Sort of like a dog in a cat suit. This is a very old breed -- has been pictured in ancient Japanese drawings.
