coming here and being with you wonderful people helps me maintain a positive outlook on life. After a self imposed absence from DU, it is so nice to talk to you guys. Thanks for cheering me up when life is not so great. I appreciate it more than I can say. :-)

when I get back to DU on Monday (I post from work, got rid of home net access). Occasionally I quote someone here and abbreviate the reference to "a friend of mine said" because, y'know, "ChavezSpeakstheTruth said" doesn't have the same ring to it.
Here in deepest darkest SC, it's reassuring to get daily proof that I'm not the only one-eyed man in the valley of the blind.
