part #2 of PHONE MENUES FROM HELL okay i jot off alittle caustic email to circuit shitty last weak because they advertise with Sinclair (i think) and low and behold the 2 year old 1200 buck t.v. won't go on,i do the complete field test and it's DOA.but this is fine cause i popped for the 2 year extended rip off 80% profit in home extended service plan ( $179.95 ) 3 hours later i have a human voice on the phone telling me it's a week too late,have a nice day.once again i call thru menu hell to get a panasonic pepair place then sit through thier menu to get another menu to get a cerified panasonic repair place to charge me 150$ to look at what i know is a busted switch......BORING !!!
the point being if i bought the piece of shit at a local audio video salon-a-snotty and payed 30 bucks more i could have saved 5 hours and been able to yell at a human. BORING !!!!!! SO has anyone else been thru this crap ? or ws this a pay back for emailing
