The Bush shirt bulge virsus his flight suit bulge

If his shirt was faulty and it caused the bulge in the back of his jacket then I need to ask if the bulge in *'s flight suit was from his pants being faulty. A man with his attitude is a small man in more ways then one.

I make my own clothes and I have never heard of anything like this in my entire life. Did the tailor put interfacing in the back of his shirt?
