1. I love meatloaf

We try not to eat alot of meat, maybe once a week.

I buy the Harris Ranch
Beef, with no added hormones or antibiotics.

I know, I shouldn't buy any at all.

But I like meatloaf.

2. What do you mean you "shouldn't?"

Beef is real food for real people! :D

Although the safest bet with the whole mad cow thing is to get your ground beef (steaks are safe) from a butcher you trust -- a butcher who grinds it ON PREMISES.

That said, I eat ground beef from sundry sources of ill-repute, so I'm not one to talk. ;)
