Which TV family would you have liked to join when you were a kid?
I have siblings, but I didn't grow up with them so I was always drawn to big families. I would have liked to have been a part of the Waltons or the Huxtables. The Waltons because it seemed like an idylic time. (Depression & War - go figure.) The Huxtables because they seemed like fun.

1. The Taylors....
Because Mayberry would have been the best place in the world to live (even though it looked oddly like California instead of North Carolina)

3. As a youngster, I really wanted my parents...
..to be June and Ward Cleaver of Leave It To Beaver. I know now that if that wish had somehow come true, I would have had to have done even more acid than I did in reality during the 60s and 70s just to wash the white heels and pearls film of conformity off of my soul.

20. Nuclear family (yawn) or motivated-by-common-interest family?
I'd either chill with Lister, Cat, Kryten, Rimmer!

Or

Team up with freedom fighter Roj Blake and his crew of political criminals.

21. Patty Duke's family on The Patty Duke Show
Only because I loved William Schallert, who played her father. He was so nice. Years later I had the chance to work with him, and he really is an extremely nice man.
