11. I must admit
This is the darkest day in my long, long career. I feel my powers are waning, and waning fast. I've prepared my will, packed my belongings, written my memoirs. Hope is not yet lost for me. There are still two more games in St. Louis. But I'm facing a very dark, dark day.

14. I don't know which would be more damaging to the Boston community
if the Sox win game four, making them the first team in history to come back from a three-nothing playoff deficit to sweep the series, or if the Sox lose the next four games, giving the dubious distinction of being the first team in history to follow the ultimate playoff comeback with the ultimate World Series defeat.

I'll be drunk either way.

18. But --- it's a boring series so far
I know Matcom is gonna kill me, but the Cards haven't even been ahead once yet. Being a Mariners fan (and therefore never in the World Series), I love a good series, have all my life in fact (before Mariners, or BM).

I want some excitement, other than Suppan getting a hit then thrown out pathetically.

Not to throw rain on the Sox parade. I hope you win, but I'd like it to be in 7. I have been counting on a Series game Halloween night.

Could you accommodate me, pretty please?

No? I didn't think you'd buy that.

I just don't want the season to end.

I hate football.

25. Especially w/ the NHL Lockout
Where will we be once baseball ends? As a long-time Red Sox fan, I think we'll happily cross that bridge.

Anyways, we'll all have our hands full getting the new Kerry admin off to a strong start!

Red Sox people cant take much more of that before they start delevoping mental problems.

33. It's going to be interesting to watch
It is also reported that a lunar eclipse is going to overshadow Game 4, and the series could end on Halloween. Strange Things have happened especially when it comes to the Sox.

35. I won't watch agian
As some of you know, I have discovered that I am the curse. If I watch the game, the Sox lose. I don't watch they win. So for the good of the team I have not watched a game after the Saturday night disaster vs the Yankees.
So should I extend the series or let them win.
I have not figured out if I curse them if I listen on the radio.
So I will be watching the moon tonight, and checking the paper tomorrow.

Don't riot too hard.

Go Sox!
