there was aLso a professionaLLy done sign that was up in the green monster seats (something Like, "not in the cards") that had a common misspeLLing on it. they showed that sign a good 5 times at Least, and each time it bothered me.

2. NONE. I hate all of those signs and everyone who holds them.

You might see one clever sign out of 20, the rest are stupid. I really wish Fox would shove those stupid signs up their asses instead of showing them to us.

I can't begin to tell you how often a game has been ruined for me because of some asshole with a dumbass sign who doesn't care about anyone around him as long as he has a chance to be on television for 2.5 seconds. I hope I don't offens anyone here, but my stance is a very firm one: fuck those signs and everyone who holds one.

3. I actually noticed that a lot of the signholders were situated

in such a way that their signs did not block others' views. They were up against the back wall, or in box seats, or held them over the railing.

I imagine that would be a pain in the ass if there was someone in front of you holding a sign. I can see where that would piss me off.

6. I've been around considerate sign holders, but find them to be

in the minority. Worse still, go back to my original statement: one in twenty is clever. Far more than one in twenty signs intereferes with someone's enjoyment of the game.

Sure, ban beer because of one cop's bad aim, but leave the signs alone so that people shelling out fortunes for tickets have to take their chances on unobstructed views. Groan.
