I love my landlord

We just moved in and I had a few minor issues so emailed him.

He just phoned back to tell me:

• He'll pay for paint for everywhere
  
• he's replacing the garage door and opener
  
• he's putting in a new fence
  
• my daughter can move in
  
• I can install an alarm system
  
• I can have the previous tenant's stuff that he left behind (complete set of dishes, cutlery, a tent, some computer gear)
  
• I can cash in the previous tenant's bottles (about $100 worth)

...that this is NOT a Republican landlord? He sounds too unconcerned with fattening his profits.
