LL Cool J wore one in the Mama Said Knock You Out video. If I saw ten people at the polls wearing black hoodies on Tuesday, I would assume they are LL Cool J fans.

They are cheap. Black is a neutral color so you can't get your balls busted at school by teachers and other kids. And they come in handywhen you are on the creep late at night.
