A Dog Takes a Political Stand (or a squat, perhaps) |
|
Here in Tennessee (and I imagine everywhere), you can't go ten feet without spotting a political sign.
So today, I was driving home from college when I approached one of those huge 6' by 3' sign for Janice Bowling, the Republican challenger running against Lincoln Davis, our Democratic congressional rep.
I would have averted my eyes in disgust, however, I noticed this huge hound dog sniffing around the bottom of the sign.
Sure enough, he whipped around, assumed the position, and proceeded to pee all over it.
It made my day.

Dogs are very perceptive. Too bad they can't vote.
