All you baseball fans. How many WS have been won in only 4 games?
I can't lay clain to being a great baseball supporter, but I can't remember when a World Series didn't go thw whole 7.

11. I think it was the 18th--I recall reading earlier that of 21 prior teams
that won the first 3, 17 went on to sweep. Boston now makes 18. I'm pretty sure I recall that correctly.

4. Thanks. That goes to show how bad a fan I am I guess.
I tend to be a fair weather fan. I was all excited a long time ago when the Pirates won their first penent in 1960?? Drove down into the middle of the excitement and it was GREAT!

I really glad to see the Sox wint this one. It reminds me a lot of the Pirats back then.

7. I was glad to see it only go to 4 games for the simple reason
that it denied the Faux network the advertising revenue they would have gotten from seven.
