1. I just heard it on ESPN radio
Don't have the exact quote, but to paraphrase "I hope everyone out there votes for Bush." That's probably completely wrong, but they might play it again.

10. Let's be honest...
Curt is a fantastic, near-Hall of Fame pitcher, but classy has never been his thing. It's like all of his interviews are designed by him to increase his own mythic status--I've never heard an athlete talk about how tough it was to play with an injury than Curt has the last two weeks. It would have been a lot more impressive had he been a bit more stoic, you know? The rumor around baseball is that Randy Johnson rejected a trade to the sox because he refused to play on a team with Schilling again.

5. It just confims my thoughts that a lot of sports people are morons.
We're not talking about a lot of Mensa members here. :-)

Keith Olberman is one of the people from sports who has half a brain.

16. Freepers Want Schilling to Stump for Bush
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1260076/posts

SCHILLING & W Word has it that President Bush called Curt Schilling from Air Force One to thank him for the endorsement on Good Morning America....I betcha they'll have him on the stump with W (he sure sounded willing on Good Morning America) in New Hampshire or Philly this weekend. (And yes, this is a smart and good thing, obnoxious Yankee fan admits on the public record.) Posted at 10:57 AM
