Any Killdozer fans on DU?
Everybody should listen to some Killdozer right now!!

I recommend Knuckles the Dog (it's their touchy-feely ballad :) ).

2. Yes, they did "The Pig Was Cool"
On the flip side of that 7" was their cover of "Unbelievable" (at least I think so).

3. This dovetails so well with my old DU versus young DU threads today
Since I saw this thread title and was ready to post "Hell yes! Saw the movie and owned the Marvel comic, baby!"

Instead you're talking about a band. D'oh!

4. This would still be kind of old, FunBobby.
Killdozer the band's heyday was in the mid to late '80s with a brief re-blossoming in the mid '90s. They were a hilarious underground band, totally unafraid to seem silly.

10. "Uncompromising War On Art..."
Is one of my favorite albums ever. And the packaging is pure genius - I bought it on vinyl just to have it nice and BIG.

11. Yeah I use it as desktop quite often....
and that is one definite advantage to vinyl (I don't want to get into a vinyl vs cd argument with anyone as they both have their merits)...art looks great that big.

DK albums deserve vinyl size artwork...they look so good...

8. I loves me some Killdozer, yep.
I love their various cover songs. Had a former coworker so mad I thought he was going to have a stroke when I played their version of Sweet Home Alabama in the company truck one morning.

14. You mean the 1970's ABC Movie of the Week?
It was okay.

I much preferred "Bad Ronald", "Trilogy of Terror", "Brian's Song", "Let's Scare Jessica to Death", "Duel", and the one with Kim Darby and the gnomes that lived in the basement.

Oh, you're talking about a band. Well, any of the above titles would make a great name for one.

15. Especially "bad Ronald"!!!That's a great band name...
They could do songs about how evil Ronald Raygun was...
