Your opinion please on the worst customer service email I have ever seen

I have a friend of a friend that ordered a T-Shirt from Tshirt Hell. Apparently she wasnt aware how long it took for the shirt to be shipped out (up to 15 days). When she realized it would be too late for her party, she inquired about canceling the order. Here is the response she got. It's not made up and came straight from T-shirt Hell:



You're a fucking cunt. WHY THE FUCK DID YOU NOT E-MAIL US IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU REALIZED THE SHIPPING TOOK SO LONG? Are you that fucking stupid?

We also make it clear that shipping takes so long because we custom print EVERYTHING depending upon the order. We wouldn't be able to offer so many god damn styles, colors and sizes if we kept stock on everything and because we sell thousand of shirts a week it takes 8-15 days. So don't tell us what you fucking think is acceptable.

The biggest issue is that for some fucking reason you were such a moron that you waited 8 days to e-mail us about this, when we could have canceled the fucking package before it was printed. We may have even rushed this order for you, but you are such a stupid bitch, that you waited this long to let us know.

Nice job, you failure of a human being. Enjoy your lame life of irresponsibility and stupidity. Please e-mail everyone you can about this so they can see how much of an imbecile you truly are.

Sometimes an intentionally rude customer service email is humorous, especially if it's done tongue-in-cheek a la Dick's Restaurant(a restaurant that prides itself on it's unbelievably rude service) or something, however, any dude that calls a woman the 'c' word or a bitch.... deserves to have his ass whipped.

with the Consumer Affairs division in both the state she's in and the state the company is in. Also file a complaint with the company's state and city better business bureaus and chambers of commerce.

If there are enough complaints of a serious nature they can get their license pulled.

25. I have heard of a couple of situations where this happened

and the cause was some fuckwit writing a letter to let off steam and accidentally sending it. Oooooops. This looks like one of those. At Nordstrom, we called them 'Rough Drafts.' Of course we weren't composing in email systems, we had shredder bins for them after we'd all had a giggle. There is a lot to be said for word processing departments!

I'd forward it to the president of the company. Unless it's Aaron.
