New Alicia Sliverstone comedy sounds like it's based on the life of Bush

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Alicia Silverstone is attached to star in "Queen B," a Fox comedy sitcom being developed y former "Seinfeld" scribe Jennifer Crittenden.

"Queen B" centers on Beatrice (Silverstone), a single woman in her late-20s who was the queen bee in high school -- the prettiest, most popular girl who ruled by fear and manipulation -- but realizes that the skills that kept her on top in school don't work so well in adulthood. Fox has committed to a pilot.

"It's kind of a character that we're used to see men play, and I'm really excited about it being a woman who is totally self-absorbed and immature and charming enough to get away with it," said Crittenden, who is writing the pilot script.

...out of curiosity, people will tune in. Then they won't. Fox will have reruns of "Cops" or something until they decide how to fill the time slot.
