It just depresses the heck out of me. Today they have Michigan as "Barely Bush"! WTF? I thought this was solidly Kerry Country.

2. Not that...
It's just that they use the most recent poll & don't take an average of the last few days...

If you go to their predicted vote if gives it to Kerry 271, with Florida & Michigan as ties...

3. And how the heck did...

4. Relax, it's not so bad
He/She has to find a way to "average" so many polls coming out and has decided to more or less pick the one landing closest to the middle of the polling cycle (or something like that). The polls are all over the map at this point so really are all pretty much useless anyway.

Not only that, pretty much every one of the barely states is within the margin of error meaning they should be considered ties but that doesn't look as good on the map.

5. But it shouldn't be this close
when you considered how badly this president has performed over the last 4 years. Kerry should be ahead by 20 points.
