I just got the stupidest spam EVER. It was supposed to look like email from Yahoo (where I keep my email) telling me I had to verify my account. Now, obviously these sorts of things are fake. What would be the point of emailing me at the account in question to check said account? Anyhow, I will reproduce the email here:

Drae Yooha! Memreb,

I don't even know what the fuck to say about that.

... but some people will fall for it....
If they send it to 10,000 people and they get one sucker out of a thousand, they've got 10 Yahoo accounts.

The dodgy English is to defeat spam filters by using words that aren't in the dictionary (used by spam filters) but are recognizable (just barely) by a human being.
What's really dumb is that people think other people will fall for something like this. What's more sad is that there are a few that always do.

Try to copy and paste it from the original (if you have it) and the text changes. Also, if I look at the source code, I can see that there are a lot of extraneous characters in the ASCII. Not to mention the fact that delete and backspace sometimes switch themselves when editing it, indicating to me a disasterous use of ASCII code. Looks like this was supposed to be modified based on sender address, and the script totally shat itself.

Damn, these people don't even try to make reasonable scam content any more. This is pure comedy in action. Horrible garble of words. My only thought on that Eubonic-like garbage is that it could be used to deter spam filters on web sites. After all, their keyword dictionary probably is lacking terms such as "regretsied" and "peoelp". As a second thought, it could also be caused by spam blockers that recognized the content. Either way, you may want to scan for viruses and check to make sure that no unidentified programs are running on your machine now.
