And they're delicious. Best if a bit crunchy.

It's just a fried meatball sandwich on pita, only instead of beef it's made with spiced mashed chick peas (garbanzo beans, if you will) and quite a bit of sage, which is why they're green on the inside.

They're great, even if O'Reilly has now ruined it for a lot of falafel lovers.
