As part of halloween the people here put police tape and a chalk mark around the building.

"I keep waiting to hear something on the police scanner" said one person

Yeah RETARD. Like the cops would see a chalkline and police tape and think.
"Hey, there was a murder and someone already came and roped off the area, removed the corpse and chalked it out."
