22. I love Alton. He's so earnest and nerdy.
He makes me feel suave and cool by comparison.

15. Alton is my favorite TV chef!
I love watching his show, not only do I learn a lot but the stuff he makes just looks yummy. I'm going to try his chocolate ganache recipe over the weekend to make truffles.

10. Metropolitan Market (Sand Point) is my other favorite
"unnecessarily expensive grocery store" :D

They have a great, huge cheese selection there.

I recently had an herbed brie with nutty overtones and slight taste of garlic. DEELISH! :9

12. It's at the corner of 40th Ave. NE and NE 55th
Do you remember where the old Albertson's used to be there? It's just north of the Ronald McDonald House.

Their deli is very addictive for a single person. :D

31. Velveeta Fudge
Spray a 9x13 inch cake pan with PAM

Ingredients:
1/2 pound velveeta
1/2 pound butter
1/2 tbsp vanilla
1 2lb bag of powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
nuts, if desired

Melt velveeta and butter on top of stove (preferably in a pan. Velveeta is shapely but it won't stay together when heat is applied). When melting is done, pour in remaining ingredients and mix using a hand mixer (- warning, cheap handmixers may start to release the magic smoke if not careful - at which point you have enough sugar in there so stop already). Pour into pan and chill.

It is honestly yummy.
I dare you to try it.

They say perfect mozarella has 24 qualities, and loses one per hour after it is made. I've had half-assed mozarella that was heaven to my tongue. I can't even imagine the good stuff.

German butter cheese is heavenly as well. And Smoked Cheddar, and baby Swiss...
