Listen, I work in a pet shop with a couple of true to the bone freeps, who truly believe that peta and the humane society "want to eliminate the private ownership of pets' and all humane society members are democrats therefore all democrats want to eliminate private ownership of pets and they are really communists anyway, therefore I am voting for boosh, and repubs for any local office because I can't vote for commies.

I am not making this up, that is how they think. Faux just loves pushing those wedge issues.
