Not to be outdone, The Dems spent a few thousand on the same study. They determined that is was for the pleasure of the man.

The Republicans, concerned that the sex act might be seen as pleasurable, awarded a no bid, 87 billion dollar contract to Halliburton for the same study. They concluded that the knob was to prevent the hand from slipping off the end and hitting them in the face.
