Hell, he's worse than Nixon. He makes Franklin Pierce look like Franklin Roosevelt; he makes James Buchanan look like James Madison; hell he makes his father seem competant.

Of course, it is not valid to compare George W. Bush to real Presidents of the United States, but, strangely he's been able to assume the powers of an office he doesn't hold.
