I've had it. I tried to sleep and I can't "I can't sleep nights"
Seriously though.
When I try to sleeep I get a buzz or hum in my ear. Ideas?

... due to extended periods of time in front of the computer. Mine is a couple of feet from my head, so I end up with the same thing after eighteen or twenty hours on the computer. Usually goes away after a while.
Try turning on the radio low, to give your ears something else to focus on, and read yourself to sleep.
Works for me.

its quiet drone drowns out a lot of outside noises - not sure about the inner ones, but you could try it.

We got one of these battery operated "noise" machines, plays 6 or 7 different noises like rain, seashore, birds, etc. Works good for the wife when she can't sleep. Maybe try melatonin for sleep, that sometimes works too. Good luck.

...or a bathroom fan works pretty well too for that.
And what someone else said about blood pressure is true, too. Got checked out lately?

take a vitamin B12 its calming or a supplement called Gaba. It works.
