The Red Sox are parading through the main downtown streets (Boylston, Tremont, Cambridge streets), into the Charles River, then will go along the Charles River. (They will be in amphibious "duck" vehicles commonly used here for tourists)

Today is the parade for the World Series Champion Boston Red Sox. one guy flew in from Minnesota with his 80 year old father to be a part of it.

I personally get very irritated that people I know can tell me detailed statistics on how their favorite baseball/football/basketball teams are doing, or what Britney/Jessica/whatever is up to- yet they don't know that the repubs in this state tried to implement a 20% sales tax in the last session. Glad to know they're focused on the things that truly impact their everyday lives. :eyes:
