Really shot my self in the foot. I went to my friend's last night....wasn't planning to drink but one think lead to another. I left my car there and now it's a BEAUTIFUL, cold, crisp and sunny day in Vancouver with strong winds and I CAN'T GO SAILING!!!!
ARGH!

1. Sailing might make you feel better |
|
Fresh air, bracing breeze....
I sympathize. I woke up with another damn migraine - I've deduced that they are coming when I work out too hard. I had surgery on my neck and when I overdo, the headache stems from there. So I'm feeling your pain (literally).

2. Start drinking water like you were out in the desert! |
|
Seriously, it will help flush the toxins out of your body.
Try to grab a nap if you can, then get out into that great day.
Hang in there --

at a rec center - they started up a Jazzercise class halfway through my wait in line and I thought I was in hell. I don't drink very often and every time I do I am reminded of why I don't drink very often. :o

7. Next time, cure that hangover before it starts. |
|
As soon as you realize you're drinking enough to get drunk, grab a couple of aspirin (best taken with water, BTW). You'll still feel like you're walking on Jupiter the next day, but your head will be pain-free and everyday noises won't feel like Armageddon. Promise.

I just bought and ate a maple leaf made of maple sugar. Maybe that's what you need - sugar. It's worth a shot.
