and seems pretty smart - but he has basically been going around encouraging people not to vote - in his various TV appearances.

at other times - I don't think he needs to be encouraged at this particular time. And esp. in the past 2 weeks and in the run-up to this election.
The "news" person on CNN the other day - was soooo happy to have him spread his voting is useless message. :argh:
