14. Just DO NOT put vanilla in the egg mix .. if you usually do

a pinch of salt goes in the egg / milk mixture. I never had syrup on french toast till I moved to Canada from Scotland. It still seems weird to me to put syrup on it .. but it is good :)

Last night we had pancakes along with thick, hand cut bacon fried up crispy and fresh apple/grape/walnut salad. I have some of that left over--can I bring that to serve with the flapjacks?
