My wife got me hooked on turkey bacon, but I had a "real" BLT yesterday!

Made with beef bacon. Damn, that was good.

Whenever we're makin'-bacon in the house, one of our cats goes absolutely **apeshit** -- she runs around, screaming, circling, etc. She won't stop unless you toss some bacon in her general direction.
