1. They dumped all their best talent. |
It will be years before they're good again.

2. I'm watching tonight just because I want to see Eminem... |
this gay Frankenstein thing is just lame... SNL used to be so GREAT when I was in high school. So disappointing.

Let me know if he does that "Mosh" song. Otherwise, maybe I'll turn in early.

4. This is going on the third year. Sometimes it takes three or four |
years to recover from the loss of a good cast. They are really in bad shape. Sadly, this year is better than the previous two years. That's not saying much.

5. SNL is getting appalling. Nothing's funny anymore. |
The imitations of * and Kerry aren't funny at all. When it comes to political sketches, I'm an equal-opportunity laugher. These, however, are just stupid. Their non-political sketches are bad, too.

9. Well, let's see... this last one started around 1979... |
...and shows no real end in sight. ;)
So, my guess is somewhere in the neighborhood of 25 years.

11. The snow is an endless cycle of good and "not so good" comedy |
I guess the highs and lows last about 3 years. They've had some good moments over the last few years, but nothing to match their hey days. Tonight Eminem did his new song. It was pretty cool. He made it obvious that he was lip synching, when he took the mic down from his mouth, and didn't move his lips one bit, yet the recording kept right on singing. At the end of his song, Em picked up a big sign that simply said "vote" on it, and held it up during the applause.
