25. what amazing me about Ben is that
he has a nice completion rate, passes for good yards, and hardly gets picked off.

3. Well its funny
Sox end the curse earlier in the week, and the Steelers end the Pats' streak later. No hard feelings to the Pats what so ever but I am a happy Steelers fan and son of Western Pennsylvania, the greatest place on earth :).

5. Don't know what kind of game
Rothlisberger had, but I knew he was a good qb after Iowa played him for 2 years. VERY good qb.

7. FINALLY!
The Patriots, to me, are the New York Yankees of football. I despise the NYY.

Woohoo!

10. I despise the Yanks too
but to become the Yankees of football, you gotta dominate for a long time, and in the NFL, you don't have that, though the Patriots have dominated the NFL for the past few years.

17. How exactly are the Pats the Yankees of the NFL?
I never saw them gloat once over a victory--just a soft-spoken Bill Belichick at press conferences saying he looked forward to the next game. Don't compare a genuinely good team to the Evil Empire of baseball.

15. I agree with you..........
It was the best afternoon of football that I can remember, and I didn't see play of it. Got the Pack and the Steelers game on the radio. Hoping for the trifecta and that SF game is on as well.

To be honest, Big Ben is an amazing quarterback. The Steelers were good, and we just weren't this Sunday. Congratulations.

Could the Super Bowl possibly be a "Turnpike Series" this year?

Guess we'll have to stay tuned! :)

29. Yep, lost to Baltimore. BTW, WillPitt, I believe that, after last year's
conversation, the bragging rights belong to me.

Still let's join forces and route the evil one from the White House of (current) horrors.
