One More Day Left 'Til E-DAY----are you ready?

So....what are your plans for election day? I'm planning to order in some good chinese takeout, and watch the state vote returns on ABC since I don't want to watch the joke that NBC's election coverage is. I'll probably be up all night. The first thing I'll do if Kerry wins is to go out and scream in happiness. Then go out with my friends tomorrow night and get plastered.

What are your E-DAY plans?

1. Luckily, off from both jobs as of 4pm today

so playing with my 4-year-old tonight, then maybe a movie tonight (the tension is insane, but don't wanna get drunk, don't wanna vote hungover).

Tomorrow, a vet appointment, new brakes on the car, working in the yard. My polling place is literally across the street from my house, so I can walk over anytime to vote.

The real drama starts tomorrow night.

5. yeah....I'll be antsy tonight

and probably won't focus in class tomorrow.

2. I'm working in Austin from 5:30 until the polls close. Am already

tired today just thinking about it, but it will be exciting.

3. I'm so determined to vote---not even rain or a hurricane will stop me!

That's how important our democracy is to me.

7. Voted the second day of early voting so I could help tomorrow.

It's more exciting to vote on actual election dya, but I will still be a part of things.
