Anyone know any good cigars?
I'm going to light up for the first time when we win, and although I'm not going to actually smoke, I want to look like I know what a good cigar is! :silly:

1. To commemorate the end of another disastrous Bush regime?
I'd go with the vile Swisher Sweets.

You might prefer a milder cigar. Nicaragua is famous for good, milder cigars at a reasonable price. Nestor Placensia's cigars are a
good place to start.

Flor de Oliva and La Floridata are good bundle cigars, if you want a bargain.

Fonseca- if you go Cubano.

a good place to buy cigars

5. MonteCristo
I've never had a bad MonteCristo. Even the Dominican ones are great. And the Cuban's are really, really good. Course, they're hard to come by.

If you'd like to just smoke on a nice cigar for 20 minutes or so and don't want to spend a fortune, get a MonteCristo Memory.

Thanks for the great idea! Think I'll go down to the Cigar Shop later on today.

:hi:

Anniversario Maduro Torpedo.

Best cigar in the world, IMO.

8. Avo and Griffin Are Both Great Brands.......
....well worth the extra buck or two they usually cost over other brands.

Personal favorite? Romeo y Julieta double corona, Habana version. I figure if R&J was the brand of Churchill and JFK, it's good enough for me. Hard to come by, as someone else has pointed out......

10. Padron Anniversario Maduro Torpedo
Best cigar in the world. Blows Cuban cigars out of the water.

Take it from me, I have over a grand invested in the cigars in my humidor. A box of twenty of these bad boys runs $300 and I try to get a box every year.

14. I love all the ones mentioned and will add Davidoff to the mix
I'll break out a Cuban (prolly a Partagas Reserve #4), but will be smoking cigars thru the night. Grrrls gotta do what a grrrls gotta do!

I'm also preparing chicken and beef satay, and Ka Pow chicken---we're eating Thai so there won't be a tie!!

Powerful magic afoot. We've put Bush in a jar of vinegar with hot peppers in it, and we shake it up whenever we go by so he's uncomfortable. Kerry's in a jar of honey.

More good election mojo can be heard at the visionary activist show---the Oct 21 show, to be precise. http://www.visionaryactivism.com/radioshow.htm
