4. Nervous as hell!
Cant focus on my work or anything else...my stomach cannot take any more of this tension....tomorrow cannot come soon enough...i live and die with every poll...and now this new Michigan poll makes me nervous (although it is probably not accurate when they give Nader 12%).

7. Sick/excited/sick/excited
I am a true schizo right now. I feel so good about Kerry but so bad about how this is most likely to pan out. Can't sleep, can't focus, stomach hurts, head is crazy but my heart feels wonderful knowing that this will and should be over. I just do not want to go through the crap that is most likely coming.

15. Confident!
I'm singing the song "Tomorrow" from the musical Annie all day. You know the one "The Sun'll Come Out Toooomorrrowwww..." Of course, that's doing nothing to alleviate the butterflies in my stomach. I honestly do have a good feeling about it though and simply cannot wait to fill in the little circle next to Kerry's name tomorrow.

But I am hopeful. Very hopeful!

Hello...just joined; I read the board, but decided I might want to post and read in the coming days and saw the rules in case of chaos tomorrow and the following days. So, now I am VivaKerry!

37. Hopeful
I spent both days this weekend canvassing for votes, and that helped my nerves more than I anticipated. Both the fact that I was doing something positive for Kerry and that I got a mostly positive reception. There were a couple of duds, but overall, most people I talked to had already voted for Kerry or were enthusiastic about voting on November 2.

38. I am feeling more OPTIMISTIC than I have felt in FOUR YEARS!!!
After going to the Kerry rally last night, and after reading all sorts of great articles this morning, and after having a great talk with an 18 year-old guy at the rally last night who said that all his friends are voting for Kerry and none of them have anything but cell phones, and after my boss FINALLY said today that he is actually considering voting for Kerry (he had already decided a few months ago not to vote for Bush), and after my extremely pessimistic (ex-Republican) father told me this morning that he FINALLY believed that Kerry was going to win (and he's in Texas)... I feel on top of the world! I think that it is going to be a shock and a huge win for Kerry!

46. I'm jumpy, I'm snappish, I'm intermittently exultant...
I'm basically optimistic, but oh my lord, am I ready for this to be over. I'm tired, among other things - I don't feel as if I've really concentrated on anything else since Paul Wellstone was killed. For some reason, that's what really galvanized me.

I am ready for this long nightmare to be over. I don't want to live in the world of The Handmaid's Tale.

I am crafting handbags. I have a business and a website.
In the last two days, I've finished 3 bags. I'll be posting them to the website soon. http://zeebagsvt.biz

I'm also working on a chapter in my novel.

I can't possibly read student papers... can't concentrate.

And that's...what the king is doing....tonight!

58. Doing quite well, thank you
Hope this finds everybody else doing well. I realize that it is a nerve wracking time, but buck up! It is the last final push, and we all must do all we can to get out the vote. We will win if we get out the vote. All indications is that the Bush support is going to come up short, and Kerry will win. We just have to get out the vote, and monitor the polls for 'Pug shinnanigans, and we're home free. Twenty seven and a half hours from now, and you can fall apart, but not until then.

We've got work to do, so let's go out and do it. Besides, if you lose it now, you won't be able to enjoy it when we win.
