It seems that it is all a game to him and consequences mean nothing to him. I think he will be told to fight it somehow, and he will make a bigger fool of himself once the people who pull his strings abandon the ship.

Actually, he won't even notice. He'll go back to Crawford, where he's spent most of his term anyway. At some point he might wonder why he doesn't get to take trips to see that "big white house" any more.

The pre-cog in me shows w thrashing around the "ranch" with a bottle in his hand. Jen and Barbara are doing tequila shots in the basement. Laura is sitting alone in the kitchen, wearing her favorite yellow sofa cover. She doesn't have anything to do.

Eventually the twins will leave and find their own destiny. Laura may find a chemical that suits her. George will be on the ranch forever and ever. He will not be able to travel anywhere outside the US. He will even have security threats within the US. By the time the true cost of the past 4 years is known, many thousands more will have been needlessly murdered. The weight of george's actions will rest on his dark little soul for an eternity. No one will feel any sympathy.
