How would you react if.... |
|
Bush won the popular but Kerry took the electoral vote and was appointed president! LMAO! I would take it as proof that a god exists and he has a sense of humor.
I'd laugh for several days STRAIGHT!

1. It would be sweet irony, |
|
but we need Kerry/Edwards to have a mandate--something the Congress can't denigrate. The guy's job will be hard enough. But, you're right, daydream-wise it's sweet.

2. Yes, I'd prefer (and expect to see) victory in both |
|
but that would be absolutely hillarious. I wonder if the repukes would sign on with abolishing the electoral college if that happened?

4. The token repug at work made that very statement today, and |
|
said that it would make hypocrites of everyone. I said... dream on. No way will * win either.

The "get over it" Republican hypocrites will hit the streets armed to defend what they will call the "real" president.
You can bet on it.
If you have any dount, recall how they stormed the building where the Florida recounts were taking place and got them halted. Totally illegal. Totally unconstitutional, and not a SINGLE ONE OF THEM has been prosecuted for it.
