Official "It's Hard Work..." thread
It's hard work...fighting an uphill battle with less than 24 hours to go.

(Inspired after looking at electoral-vote.com.)

It's hard work...when you have a lump on your back and you can't tell people what it's really for.

Feel free to add to the list. But don't let me keep you from doing more important things, please!

It's hard work...pretending to be a compassionate conservative while openly spending every penny I can get my hands on and laughing while people die in my war.

It's hard work...telling lies and trying to remember them. Sometimes I can't keep track of them all.

It's hard work...keeping all my rich friends happy. I'm not sure how I'll hold off an all out revolution during another term, as I try to move more of the tax burden to the lower 2/3 of the population.

It's hard work...keeping all the families of dead soldiers away from me. I don't have the spine to face them after what I've done.

It's hard work...pretending to be the President of the United States. Please get me out of this mess!
