The Order--did anyone see that movie |
|
And is there any evidence in the History of the Catholic Church of the Sin Eater? I liked the movie--it was quite creepy. But are there stories of Sin Eaters?

3. Just saw it this afternoon. |

And now I know why they didn't have any preview screenings for reviewers.
As to your question, I don't know. But if the church did have accounts of something like that, they'd keep it *very* secret.

are from Celtic folklore. If I remember correctly, it has something to do with a plate of food being put into the coffin of a dead person.
Do a Google on Celtic Sin Eaters; you should be able to come up with something-

but I think it has something to do with eating food off of dead bodies to get rid of their sins. I'll go google it.
