Last time that happened, we got NAFTA, "health care reform", "welfare reform", a bigger "war on drugs", "don't ask, don't tell",...

Putting a Democrat in the White House is the first step-- the REAL work comes in convincing him we NEED things like single-payer universal health care, an end to unjustified wars, and end to the so-called "war on drugs", a breakup of media, agribusiness and financial monopolies, etc.

Just because we have the White House doesn't mean we've "won". Not by any stretch of the imagination. To paraphrase Paul Wellstone (who BTW had a number of run-ins w/ Clinton on policy): we need to STAND UP and KEEP FIGHTING!
