BBC Website users' views on the election.....Some people are idiots.
It seems like some of us Yurpeens as well as Murcans are also complete idiots......

"I don't know, but I think that Bush deserves a chance to finish what he started in Iraq so I think that, if I were to vote, I would vote Bush for 4 more years.
Gemma, Wetherby England"

Errrrr.........righty-ho then.

"I would definitely vote for President Bush. He is a man of his word unlike John Kerry and is not afraid to stand up for the United States of America.
Sharon Seaward,UK/"

As I recall, I don't remember Bush announcing that he was going to fuck everything up...

"People that can make a difference for the better are usually ridiculed and hated for a long time. I want Bush to win. If anything, and with the World as it is right now, you are better with the someone you know and all that.
Iain MacMillan, USA "

You sir, are a fucking twat who should have voting rights taken away. Those sentences don't even make any logical sense!?!?!?

Seriously - isn't it time to take voting rights away from people who vote based on whether the candidate is "someone you know and all that"?

God it makes me angry.........You don't have to agree with me, you just have to be able to justify your position. Vote for whoever you like, but at least think about it and have a bloody REASON.

2. Colored me surprised
the general consensus I have heard from some people in some other countries was that they hated Bush along with America in general. Wow.

3. It's the BBC
The BBC is subject to constant sniping from both right and left about supposed political bias. If they received 999 pro-Kerry comments and one pro-Bush, they'd definitely include the latter in those they selected for publication.
